Astrid Låte in Stord was laid off in January. While hoping for better times, she has spent her time working on start-up ideas in the case that she wouldn’t get her job back. And what is more natural than food?
– Food is becoming more and more of an interest among people. There are TV shows about food on every channel, and I believe this is a field where I can develop something, Astrid Låte says on the phone from Stord. She keeps her cards close to her chest regarding her specific business idea, but she is very conscious about where to start, namely by getting a domain name.
Together with her two sons she looked for a good domain name, and when she got the idea about dittkrydder.no (translates to "your spice") and the domain was available, she went ahead and registered it.
– This is a great domain name. It is unique, you can understand what it is about, and it is easy to remember, says Astrid Låte.
The domain dittkrydder.no was the 50,000th domain registered by a private individual in Norway. The Norwegian top-level domain was opened for private domain registrations in June 2014, and more and more people see the value of having their own domain name, whether they want to use it privately or for business.
Our best wishes to Astrid Låte with dittkrydder.no.
