Do Norid’s services fall under the DSA?

The European Digital Services Act (DSA) was adopted in 2022 and will eventually be incorporated into Norwegian law through the EEA Agreement. Everyone providing internet-based services must assess whether their service falls under the DSA. Norid has concluded that our services fall outside the scope of the regulation.
